About Stratadyne
A measured approach for professionals who cannot afford to get it wrong.
Stratadyne helps owner-operated service businesses in Ontario replace bottleneck-dependent processes with reliable, measured, human-supervised workflows — one at a time.
What we believe
An owner's time is the scarcest resource in the business.
Every hour recovered through well-designed automation is an hour returned to client work, strategic thinking or personal well-being. That is the only outcome we optimise for.
Our model is advisory-led, not technology-led. We begin with a paid diagnostic that maps how your business actually operates — not how you think it operates — identify the highest-value workflow to automate first, and prove it works before anything else changes.
Advisory-first
We decide what should change before discussing which tool to use.
Map reality, not the manual
We observe the workarounds and tribal knowledge — the things only you know how to do.
One workflow at a time
Automate the highest-value workflow, measure it, then expand. No big-bang transformations.
Measured, not promised
A documented baseline before go-live; real numbers reported afterwards.
Human checkpoints built in
Approval points before critical actions are non-negotiable in professional services.
Platform-agnostic
Mainstream, open-source or a mix — you own your workflows and are never locked in.
Owner-centric
We follow the owner's calendar, not the org chart, because that is where the bottleneck lives.
How we are different
Why we charge for the diagnostic.
When an assessment is free, the provider's revenue depends on selling the implementation — which biases the findings. A paid diagnostic means our first obligation is an honest, useful picture of your business, even if the conclusion is “you don't need automation right now.” Lawyers don't give free legal opinions to win retainers. Neither do we.

Compliance as a feature bullet
Compliance as a design principle — approvals and audit trails
Ontario-focused, by design.
We work with firms across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge, Ottawa and London. Proximity matters: we can observe work in person, and we understand the context our clients operate in.
- Law Society of Ontario expectations for defensible records
- CPA Ontario standards for client data and practice management
- PHIPA for personal health information in clinics
- PIPEDA, with workflows configured to keep data in Canada by default
What Stratadyne is not.
Being clear about boundaries builds trust faster than claiming everything.
Not an IT managed-services provider
We do not manage your network, hardware or help desk.
Not a software reseller
We earn no commissions from the platforms we recommend.
Not a "digital transformation" agency
We do not redesign your brand or rebuild your website.
Not a replacement for professional judgment
Automation handles the routine so you can focus on work that requires your expertise.

Who you will work with
The first business I audited was my own.
I am a licensed mortgage broker in Toronto. My trade is reading financial files line by line. Before I offered this to anyone, I ran the same audit on my own regulated practice and automated every layer of it.
Mortgage brokerage is a regulated, document-heavy, compliance-bound practice — the same conditions your firm operates under. Client files, deadlines, privacy obligations and an audit trail that has to hold up.
We number every client file. My practice is Specimen 001, the first one. I lead every engagement; vetted specialists build under my supervision.

- No lock-in.
- No guarantees I cannot back.
- No machine where judgment belongs.
- No building what you do not need.
